The last Beano to be called The Magic-Beano Book. Yellow pictorial front cover shows Biffo painting a portrait of Eggo and other Beano characters. Red spine with yellow title. Two-tone and b/w illustrations throughout. 127 pages. Covers are edge worn and slightly grubby. Belongs to box clean. Many page edge tears (some repaired). Tiny piece of loss to lower edge of page 29/30. Contents are browned and foxed with some fingering. A decent copy of a scarce annual.

Covers are edge worn and grubby, crease to lower corner of rear board and possibly lower 3" of spine has been glued down(?). Belongs to box clean. Contents are browned, foxed and fingered. Margin tears (some repaired) and slight paper loss to margins throughout, top corner of page 95/6 has been torn off (no loss of text). A decent copy of a scarce Beano annual.

Stories by Lynda Rountree, verses by Christine Bradley. A chunky book 1.75" thick. Covers are edge worn (and touched up with matching orange pen), scuffing/slight scratching to covers. Name in ink to front free-endpaper. Joints have been reinforced with white paper. Page browning to endpapers, foxing to contents. Some grubby fingermarks and some loss to page margins. Dot-to-dot has been completed then the pencil has been erased. Unfortunately the frontis is MISSING from this copy, the other plates are still present but the edges are slightly worn. A nice copy of a very scarce book.
