THE VIOLET BOOK FOR GIRLS

Slightly better than good condition. Violet cloth spine with black title and illustrations. Purple boards, white titles and decoration, oval onlay. Colour plates and b/w illustrations. First story "Aurora's Ride" by Mansfield. Also includes "The Prefect of the Third Form" and "The Chetwold Scholarship" by Brazil.

Bumping and wear to spine, corners and cover edges. A few light scratches to covers. One sheet of paper (4 pages) are not attached (binding error). Belongs to page completed in pencil, with inscription. Contents generally clean, just a little foxing and browning.
