Covers grubby, small dark mark to front cover. Front joint badly cracked between title page and frontis, webbing showing. Hinges cracked causing binding to feel a little loose. Browning to endpapers and page edges. Foxing, mainly to endpapers.

Name, address and date in ink to front endpaper. Small bookseller's label to rear endpaper. Foxing to endpapers and text block, especially top edge of text block. Dustwrapper is edge worn with slight loss from top of spine and folds, small tear to base of front panel and a grubby rear panel. A little wear to spine, light foxing/browning on verso.
