A book of short stories. Red cloth spine, cream pictorial boards. Colour plates, b/w and two-tone illustrations. First story is "Spritely The Fairy". Spine is worn with a few tiny holes. Corners worn. Covers are a little grubby. There is an inscription in ink to verso of front endpaper. There is some page browning and foxing but contents generally clean.

Large format. Brown cloth spine, brown boards, yellow pictorial onlay to front cover. Delightful full-page colour illustrations in french-fold format. Stapled binding. Unpaginated. 11 x 8.5". Spine bumped and rubbed. Corners worn, cover edges rubbed. Staples are rusty and top two are detached from front cover and all three are detached from rear cover, however, the joints have not broken and the binding is still tight. Light page browning and foxing else contents clean.

The four children take with them a small cat to steer the boat, an elderly Quangle-Wangle to cook the dinner and a large kettle! Delightful nonsense. Light brown glazed pictorial boards, black illustrations at bottom of both covers. B/w illustrations. Spine and corners bumped. Contents fine. Dustwrapper is just a little worn at top edges with a couple of closed tears.

Weird and wonderful colour illustrations throughout. ISBN: 0850931460. Pictorial wrapper is a little grubby and lightly worn at edges. Top edge of wrapper strengthened with clear tape, rear flap stuck to rear pastedown with clear tape. Contents clean.
