Very good condition in a very good dustwrapper.
Volume 3 in the series. Large format. Dark grey boards, silver title to spine. Colour and b/w photos throughout. ISBN: 190370636X. Spine and corners bumped. Small, light damp stain to lower inner margins of endpapers. Light fingermarks to rear free-endpaper. Contents fine. Dustwrapper is also lightly damp stained at lower edges (visible only on verso) and slightly edge rubbed. Small tears at lower folds tape repaired on verso.

An un-technical work designed to provide the ordinary lay-reader with a straightforward account of the history of human flight. Blue cloth, gilt title to spine. B/w photos throughout. Spine is browned. Inscription in ink to front endpaper. Browning to endpapers and outer page edges; foxing; also to page margins. Wrapper is very badly damaged; torn with half of spine MISSING: other pieces are taped back together on a white sheet of paper (now browned); tape marks etc.
