Green cloth gilt title to spine. Colour photos. ISBN: 9780002201438. Foxing to top edge of textblock. Dustwrapper is just a tiny bit rubbed at edges and ever so slightly faded to spine. Rear panel of wrapper (white) is a tiny bit grubby.

Dark blue boards, silver title to spine. B/w illustrations. It started off with the scuppering of The Emma, old Jim Deck's ancient and unroadworthy bicycle... Spine bumped with very slight fading at top and tail. Small booksellers sticker to front pastedown. Foxing to textblock and endpapers. Small, light marks to lower margins of first 30 pages. Price-cut wrapper is creased to front flap, is slightly grubby to rear panel, and is edge worn with slight loss to top and tail of spine.

"Jim Decks is once again up to his nefarious activities - hoodwinking innocent Americans who, with their love of history, are convinced that Jim's old boat belonged to William The Conqueror". Red boards, silver title to spine. Endpapers are maps of the Romney Marsh area, b/w illustrations to text. 192 pages. Spine and corners bumped. Endpapers faintly foxed and some light red staining from cover dye to top edge of front endpapers. Contents clean. Dustwrapper is worn with a small piece of loss to top edge of front panel (covered with a piece of white paper), tape repairs and damp staining to verso (stains show on rear panel and rear flap). Rear panel is a bit grubby.
