Blue cloth, gilt titles and vignette to front. Wayside and Woodland series. 216 colour specimens, 16 plates. 207 pages. Boards clean and bright. Scattered foxing, mainly to prelims and endpapers. Text block browned. Blue pictorial dustwrapper is edge-rubbed, scuffed, closed tear to top rear edge of spine.
Burgundy cloth, gilt titles and fly vignette to front. Colour & b/w illustrations. Wayside and Woodland Series. 383 pages including index. A few small marks to boards. Gilt is still bright. Text block browned. A few scattered foxspots to contents and a few grubby marks e.g. page 15 (see photo). Contents generally very nice. Pictorial dustwrapper is edge-rubbed, lightly faded to spine, lightly scuffed, front flap has had tape on it at some point which has stained the flap vertically with some loss of surface paper.

Text block mottled green. Boards bright. Text block browned. Small pencil erasure mark to front endpaper. Contents clean. Blue pictorial dustwrapper is grubby and edge-worn with a few closed tears and slight surface paper loss, tape mark to lower spine.
Puffin Picture Book No. 66. Pictorial paperwraps. Colour and b/w illustrations. There is a library label (unused) stuck to the inside front cover. Otherwise a nice, clean copy.
