Endpapers browned, foxing to textblock and page margins. Dustwrapper is worn and grubby with old tape marks (tape no longer present). Some loss to both flaps.

Tiny corner crease to plate opposite page 16. Small repaired tear to plate opposite page 41. Scarce dustwrapper is in several pieces (torn at spine) and has sections of loss to edges. Wrapper is browned.
