The family Sarraceniaceae consists of three genera of carnivorous pitcher plants. This volume handles all Sarraceniaceae from South America, including all known Heliamphora species (of which five are new and introduced here), as well as all known natural hybrids and three incompletely diagnosed Heliamphora taxa which have never been documented before.
