Very good condition in a good dustwrapper.
A Michael and Mary Story. Mike and Mary and their friend Vicky are spending a holiday on the Grand Union Canal. Pale blue boards, red titles. B/w illustrations. Spine and corners bumped. A few tiny foxspots and a couple of small, light marks to textblock else contents clean. Price-cut wrapper is edge chipped with some loss, section of loss to top of spine and creases at wrapper edges.

Some uneven browning to spine and cover edges. Page edge browning and a few marks to outer page edges. Wrapper is faded to spine; with edge-tears and chips - some pieces of loss along edges; tape repair to base of spine.

The story of two city children sent to stay on a farm where they thought nothing ever happened. They soon changed their minds. The story was also filmed on Malcolm Saville's farm in Hertfordshire. Green cloth, yellow title to spine. B/w text illustrations. 128 pages. Book: Inscription in ink to front endpaper. Wrapper price-clipped, slightly edge-chipped and a little grubby to rear.
