The Young People's Magazine. Green pictorial cloth covers show girl getting out of vehicle. gilt titles. Adverts to endpapers. 6 colour plates. 476 pages. Serial stories are General John, The Heart of a Hero, The Land of the Blue Flower, Round the World on an Airship and Teddywinkle's Picnic. Spine is browned and bumped. Some scuffing to front cover. A few grubby margin marks. Covers are by Charles Robinson.

Green pictorial cloth with gilt titles to spine and front. Front cover shows Golly playing a tuba, Teddy bear saluting at top of a pole on spine. Colour and b/w illustrations. First story is When John Took Charge. Serial stories are The Riddle of Roscombe, The Adventures of Fitzie the Marmoset, The Bargees and The Three Bargains. Bumping to spine, corners and bottom of front board. Corners and spine rubbed. Gilt worn to title on front. Name and date to front endpaper. Front joint beginning to crack. Title page removed. Large piece of bottom corner of page 33/34 torn off affecting very bottom of illustration and text on page 34. Large closed tear to page 41/2 mended with sticky tape. Some margin tears. Some grubby marks. Neat colouring to a few illustrations.

Compiled by the editor of "Little Folks". Red spine with black titles and vignette of yacht. Pictorial boards showing two people and a small dog at a station. Green pictorial endpapers. Colour and b/w illustrations. Spine bumped and faded. Cloth fraying at top and bottom, with a couple of small splits. Corners bumped and worn. Board edges scuffed. Rear board very grubby. Scratches to boards. One hinge broken - just holding by threads. Other hinges cracked. Top of prelims partially detached. Clear tape used on some hinges. Endpapers browned. Inscription in ink to verso of frontis. Some foxing and grubby marks.

Colour and two tone illustrations. Spine bumped and a little worn with a closed tear about half way down. Corners are bumped and very worn. Board edges are rubbed. Small patch of surface paper damage to rear board which is grubby and marked. Some scratch marks to covers. Rear joint beginning to crack. Some hinges are cracked. Light browning to endpapers. Erased pencil writing to front endpaper. Some foxing mainly to prelims and page edges. A few light marks otherwise contents are generally clean.
