Flax is an Alsation dog. Blue cloth, gilt title to spine. 10 full-page b/w illustrations. Damp staining to boards. Endpapers lightly browned, contents clean. Pictorial dustwrapper is edge-worn and torn with some loss, strengthened to verso at edges with clear tape.
B/w illustrations. Memoir of a remarkable operatic soprano (a dog!). B/w drawings. Spine bumped. Some erased writing to front free-endpaper else contents clean. Price-cut wrapper is slightly grubby and edge worn with minimal loss.

Short stories of Bull Terriers who accompanied their owners serving in governmental services and the welfare of the breed and the pleasure it brings to so many people. B/w photos and illustrations. 68 pages. ISBN: 187128502X. This is copy 158 of 1000 and included is the compliments slip with the copy number and tissue paper guard. This copy would make a wonderful gift.
Brown cloth, dark brown titles. A selection of verses which have appeared in 'Punch', all of which are about dogs. Twelve colour plates plus frontis plus b/w illustrations. 47 pages. A little bumping and wear to spine and corners. Some darkening to edges. Some light browning, foxing is mainly to prelims and page edges. Just an odd mark to contents. All plates present. Dustwrapper has one third of rear panel and half of rear flap missing, also loss from spine and bottom of front panel. Creasing and tears to edges, grubby some some darkening.
