Muffin and all his friends are Hogarth Puppets and could be seen regularly with Annette Mills on Children's Hour in the 1950's. Stories, games and puzzles including a make-it-yourself dancing golliwogg!. Red pictorial boards. 94 pages. Board edges rubbed, corners worn, top rear edge of spine fraying. A few marks to boards. Name in belongs to box plus a doodle above. Puzzles completed, some messy. Loss to lower margin of crossword page (not affecting any text) plus a few closed tears and smaller chips to lower margins of a few other pages. Title page and last page browned. Joints are pulled exposing cloth beneath. Contents grubby overall, doodles to last 'scribble page'.

Some light foxing and fingering to page edges/margins but generally contents clean. Grubby dustwrapper is creased and worn with some slight loss, tape repairs on verso. Front flap was detached but has been taped back together.
