Name and address in red crayon to verso of frontis. Messy tick marks and some writing to contents pages. Some hinges cracked. Foxing else contents clean.

Some hinges cracked. Foxing else contents clean.

One b/w illustration has been coloured in with watercolours. Hinges pulled but binding still tight. Name in heavy pencil to rear free-endpaper.

Small format. Pink cloth, blue titles. Full page b/w illustrations. 148 pages. NOTE: This book is contained in a LATER dustwrapper (c.1942). A little bumping to spine and a couple of corners; a few light white marks to covers. Dark foxing to outer page edges. Later dustwapper is faded to spine, with 0.5" loss to base; some chipping to top; also small edge loss to top edge of rear panel. Wrapper also has some foxing and a few marks.
