The Playtime Picture Books No. 4. Puppy dog verses. Small format (13 x 11cm). 10 full page colour illustrations by Aldin plus green/white illustrations to text. Red cloth spine, grey paper boards with red title to front and white puppy dog about to land in water. Covers are grubby with slight surface paper damage to the A of 'Tails' on front cover. Front joint is cracked causing front free-endpaper to be almost detached. Small tear to edge of title-page. Foxing throughout and a few pages affected by a small brown mark at edges (includes margins of two plates - although actual pictures unaffected). Still a decent copy of a scarce book.

Foxing and fingermarks to contents but generally they are clean. Joints are cracked but binding still tight.
