Limited Edition of 150. The Temple Library series. Vellum(?) spines, orange/brown title to spine, green cloth boards. Deckle-edged. Numbered copy 139. Both spines grubby, volume II spine is also worn with chips of missing vellum and title is faded. Endpapers and text block browned. Hinges pulled but binding tight.

Light marks to rear board. Erased writing to half title page. Some foxing to prelims and page edges otherwise contents are clean. A few scratches to gilt edges.

Light white mark to front cover and light stain to bottom corner of rear cover. Front joint cracked. Both free endpapers browned. A few light marks to text block. Just a few fox spots. All plates present and in fine condition.

Spine and corners bumped else a bright copy. Light foxing to outer page edges and light browning to first few and last few pages. White pictorial wrapper is edge chipped, slightly grubby, price-cut and has a 2" closed tear to top edge of front panel.
