Second Edition. Pictorial glazed boards show a young girl in a high chair with title banner and cat looking up at two butterflies. First story is 'A Lesson in Kindness'. 4 Colour plates plus b/w illustrations. 70 pages. Cracking to laminate at spine edge with some loss of surface paper. Corners worn. Boards bowed. Contemporary inscription in ink to verso of front endpaper. A few marks to contents but generally a lovely copy.

Small format. Pedro was a market boy who grew vegetables for a living. Angelique was his little donkey, and they were very happy together until one day... Blue paper boards. Colour illustrations. 48 pages. Boards clean and bright. Inscription in ink to front endpaper. Minor foxing to endpapers and a few margin marks else contents clean. Price-cut pictorial wrapper is lightlly worn at edges with small chips, heavily foxed.
