Nothing could be undertaken in the small French village without consulting the weathercock but he wanted to extend his importance to world dimensions. One day he was blown of his belfry in a hurricane, he was at first delighted.... Pink cloth covers with gilt title to spine. Illustrated title page plus 20 illustrations, some in colour. 84 pages. Light bumping and wear to spine and corners. Top edge of spine faded. Foxing to spine and top edges of covers. Erased pencil writing to front endpapers and an odd fox spot otherwise contents very good. Dustwrapper is edge worn with a couple of chips. Spine is browned and rear panel is a little grubby.

Scuffing and wear to covers; a few grubby marks. All characters that stand up are still present in their correct places. A few page margin marks. Foxing and browning to outer page edges. Couple of page corners have chips of loss. A cute book - in good condition for it's age - with all pieces present!
