Light blue cloth, dark blue title to spine and motif of the letter D to front cover. 288 pages. Spine and corners slightly bumped and rubbed, light brown stain to lower edge of spine. Name in ink to front free-endpaper. A few foxspots to textblock. Dustwrapper is price-cut and a bit marked.

Endpapers browned and foxed, some foxing to textblock. Small patch of surface paper damage to front free-endpaper from removal of a small label. Dustwrapper is edge rubbed, slightly browned to spine and foxed on verso.

To pay him back, Prunella Pusscat thought out the cleverest battle plan imaginable, but even then Ratus only surrendered at pistol-point. Large clear type, lively stories, full of action. Yellow cloth boards, green title to spine. Pictorial endpapers. B/w illustrations. 88 pages. Second impression. SIGNED by the author (no dedication) to title page. Text block lightly browned. Child's name in ink to half-title page. Pictorial dustwrapper is lightly rubbed at corners with very slight loss, and is lightly creased at top edge.

Tape stuck to front pastedown and a small patch of surface paper loss where some tape has been removed. Contents are clean. Pictorial dustwrapper is faded to spine, rubbed at corners, lightly creased and a little grubby to rear panel.
