Many b/w illustrations throughout. viii and 320 pages. Spine faded and worn at top & tail. Rear board a little marked. Text block browned & foxed. Bookplate to front endpaper. Joints starting to crack but binding is tight. Foxing present, mainly to tissue guards, a few spots to contents. Hinge between page 152 and 153 pulled wide to lower half but tight.

Janet Rawlins has observed and loved Wensleydale, with illustrations, landscape paintings and tose famous collages, all in her own inimitable style. Green cloth boards, gilt title to spine. Colour illustrations throughout, many watercolour. ISBN: 9780992866006. Signed by the artist 'for (the previous owner)'. Top & tail of spine slightly bumped, small knock to top edge of boards. Contents clean. Pictorial dustwrapper is a little grubby and lightly edge-creased, tiny tear (no loss to top edge of rear panel, previous bookseller's label to rear panel.
