Almost very good condition in a almost very good dustwrapper.
And other plays from my tales. New plays adapted from eight of the author's tales. Blue cloth covers with dark blue titles. 145 pages. Top and bottom of spine faded, cover edges browned, spine a little stained. Some wear to corners. Presentation plate to front endpaper. Foxing, mostly to endpapers and page edges. Price-cut dustwrapper is edge worn, torn and chipped. Spine is faded and panels are grubby.

Name in ink to verso of front endpaper. Some slightly grubby marks and fingering to contents but generally clean.

A lively, stirring tale of pirates on the Spanish Main, thrilling but never frightening, told by a sailor with a glorious sense of humour. Red cloth, dark blue titles and vignette to front. Colour and b/w illustrations. 48 pages. Spine and corners slightly bumped and rubbed. Light page browning to half-title and last text page. Some light fingering else contents clean. White pictorial wrapper is grubby and edge worn, chipped to spine with loss, extensive tape repairs on verso.
