Some browning and brown tape glue marks to edges. Foxing to endpapers, outer page edges and some page margins. All colour plate are present - some browning. Wrapper is price-cut with tears and chips; a little loss to top of spine; some grubby marks; has been strengthened with sticky tape to edges and folds to verso.

Frontis is edge-creased with a few nicks and some foxing. Tissue guard to frontis is heavily foxed. A couple of hinges are pulled. Foxing to varying degrees to pages throughout book.
