Very good condition in a good dustwrapper.
Red cloth, black title to spine. 252 pages. B/w illustrations. 14th impression. Spine bumped, slight fading to top of spine and a couple of small brown spots to edge of spine. Name in ink partially erased to front free-endpaper. Contents clean. Dustwrapper (white spine) is edge worn, grubby to spine and rear panel and has loss to top of spine.

Red boards, black title label to spine and vignette of William to front cover. B/w text illustrations. 252 pages. 36th impression. Spine and corners bumped, covers slightly darkened at edges. Ink stamps (some blotting out) and number A428 written to front pastedown and half title-page. Front free-endpaper missing. Contents browned but clean. Poor dustwrapper is very very worn with loss and creasing and grubbiness.
