Very good condition in a very good dustwrapper.
Brown cloth, gilt titles. B/w text illustrations. Spine and corners lightly bumped and rubbed. Slight fading to top and bottom of spine. Small white mark to rear cover. Endpapers browned. Name and date to front endpaper. Small red stain to top corner of a few pages. Some foxing and marks to contents. Very scarce dustwrapper is edge worn and creased with a little loss at top and bottom of spine and corners. Spine is a little faded and marked. Crease to front flap.

Orange boards, red spine. Gilt lettering and vignette. Colour pictorial endpapers. 39 stories and puzzles. Numerous colour illustrations. 192 pages. First story is: "I Dare You To!" illustrated by Hilda McGavin. Minimal bumping to spine and corners. Spine edges faded at top and bottom. Inscription to half-title page with date. Contents which are in very good condition but have a slight musty smell. Dustwrapper is edge creased, has a couple of small closed tears and small areas of loss. Also slightly grubby with a browned spine. Reverse is foxed.

Very good condition in a almost very good dustwrapper.
Gold cloth, red title and vignette to spine and red vignette to front cover. Colour frontis plate plus 6 b/w illustrations. 256 pages. Spine bumped and slightly darkened. Light foxing else contents clean. Later dustwrapper (lists a Dimsie book published in 1942 and is a few mm too short for the book!) is price-cut with a few small tears at edges, minimal loss to base of spine. Wrapper is also just a little grubby.
