Blue cloth with black titles and two-tone blue diagonally striped front cover. Colour frontis. 256 pages. A Romance of the Abbey Girls. Light bumping to spine. Small inscription in ink to front pastedown. Foxing to endpapers, outer page edges and a few page margins. Just under 1" tear to bottom margin of frontis, next to spine. A few margin marks. Wrapper is price-cut with tears and chips; some tape repairs to verso; a little loss; some creasing.

Wrapper is creased with edge-tears and chips; a little loss at corners; some foxing and browning.
