Also includes "Biddy's Bright Idea" by D.F. Bruce. 6 colour plates including frontis by Harrison. B/w illustrations. Spine slightly bumped, top edge of pictorial onlay on spine is slightly worn. Lower edge of front cover is rubbed. Inscription in ink to front free-endpaper. Light browning to endpapers and heavy foxing to textblock and page margins else contents clean. Scarce dustwrapper is edge worn and torn with some tape repairs on verso. Small hole to base of wrapper spine.
