Almost very good condition in a slightly better than good dustwrapper.
Music by Rev. Thomas Crawford. Cream boards, pictorial onlay to front cover. 10.5 x 8". Spine and corners bumped and rubbed. Board edges a little rubbed and browned. Dated inscription in ink to front pastedown. Endpapers a little browned. Some finger marks to page edges. First few pages have small closed tear to top edge. Dustwrapper is edge worn with tears. Slight loss to rear panel which also has 4 small holes. Spine is browned. Rear flap is creased. Front panel is a little grubby.

Very good condition in a good dustwrapper.
If Dawks had not given Bap a worm he would never have been taken to the Disbanding Circus or met Duchess and Donizetti and his Doves - and that was where this series of adventures in and out of school began for the three Peyton children and their friend. Pale orange boards with red vignette to front cover and red titles and vignette to spine. B/w frontis. 203 pages. Top of spine heavily bumped. Spine slightly faded. A few small marks to covers. Light page edge browning and an odd grubby fingermark but contents generally clean. Dustwrapper is edge worn and torn with area of loss at top of spine and label repairs to spine and folds on verso. Spine browned and rear panel a bit grubby.
