Large square format. White pictorial boards. Translated & adapted by Elizabeth Shub. Colour illustrations. Little Mouk, short in stature but large in spirit, sets out to seek his fortune, wearing only his father's clothes cut down to fit him... ISBN: 024189106X. Spine bumped. Some light foxing to covers and foxing to endpapers. Dustwrapper is slightly edge creased with a few foxspots, tiny tear to lower edge of rear panel.

Spine and corners slightly bumped and rubbed. Inscription in ink to front free-endpaper. Page browning to endpapers and grey mounts for plates. Foxing to contents. Tiny corner crease to plate opposite page 16. Small repaired tear to plate opposite page 41. Scarce dustwrapper is in several pieces (torn at spine) and has sections of loss to edges. Wrapper is browned.

Snow Queen pop-up needs a minor repair to get a couple of the pieces to stand up and the Swinherd pop-up has a crease to the princess.
