Small splash mark to rear cover. Small ink stamp initials to front free-endpaper. Heavy foxing to contents and a few other small margin marks. One hinge cracked.

Containing Aladdin, The Yellow Dwarf, Princess Belle-Etoile and The Hind in the Wood. Blue cloth with white titles and illustrations. 24 full-page colour plates. Possibly the rarest of Walter Crane's works. Spine and corners bumped and worn, some very slight loss of cloth to top of spine. Small dent to top edge of front cover. Cover edges slightly darkened. Heavy foxing to contents and some grubby fingermarks to page margins. A couple of small closed margin tears. A very decent copy of a scarce book.

SIGNED by author to verso of half-title page. This is Copy No. 88. Grubby marks and spots, with cup ring mark to covers. Foxing; heaviest to endpapers, prelims, outer page edges; some throughout.

Yellow cloth boards, blue titles. 303 pages. Text block browned. Contents clean. Pictorial dustwrapper is edge-worn and edge-rubbed, spine heavily faded and also rear panel at spine edge, a few edge-chips and scuffing.

Blue cloth covers, gilt title to spine and vignettes to spine and front cover. B/w illustrations throughout. 390 pages plus 16 page booklist to rear. All edges gilt. Catalogue to rear of book is dated August 1889. Spine is bumped with wear and faded. Corners are bumped. Front hinge next to frontis page is cracked, with browning glue marks showing. Frontis is edge-creased with a few nicks and some foxing. Tissue guard to frontis is heavily foxed. A couple of hinges are pulled. Foxing to varying degrees to pages throughout book.
