Pencil writing (name and date) to title-page. Contents clean.

Corners and cover edges rubbed and worn. Rear cover slightly grubby. Inscription in ink to front endpaper. Endpapers browned. Odd margin mark/grubby fingermark. Light browning to pages 148/149. Contents otherwise very good. A nice copy.

First story is: "I Dare You To!" illustrated by Hilda McGavin. Minimal bumping to spine and corners. Spine edges faded at top and bottom. Inscription to half-title page with date. Contents which are in very good condition but have a slight musty smell. Dustwrapper is edge creased, has a couple of small closed tears and small areas of loss. Also slightly grubby with a browned spine. Reverse is foxed.
