A mix of short stories and rhymes edited by Vredenburg. Spine slightly faded and worn. Some bumping and wear to corners and cover edges. Covers slightly grubby with a few light scratches. Inscription to front pastedown. One hinge cracked, first gathering pulled. A little light browning and a few marks to contents. Odd small margin tear.

Six colour plates. Spine bumped and rubbed. Corners bumped and worn. Board edges scuffed. Covers grubby with some scratches to rear board. Inscription in ink to front endpaper. Both joints beginning to crack. Some hinges pulled. Pages browned. One plate detached, the bottom edge of which is grubby. One other plate is partially detached. Margins and verso of plates are marked.
