This book looks into the causes of 'avoidable' crashes. ISBN: 0218515189. Browning and foxing to covers. Bumping to top of spine. Inscription in ink to front endpaper. Foxing to endpapers and outer page edges. Wrapper is creased with edge-tears; some repaired to verso with sticky tape; some marks.

A lovely book. Spine bumped and worn with a couple of marks. Wear to corners with some loss of surface from top corner of front cover. Rear cover is marked (water?) with light crease to bottom corner. Ink inscription to front endpaper. Light stains to bottom edges of endpapers and some pages. Foxing throughout. All plates present and in very good condition. Dustwrapper is edge worn and chipped, also grubby with stains and with hole to centre of spine. Some tape repairs to tears on verso.
