Pictorial dustwrapper is slightly faded to spine and foxed to verso (not visible to front).

No. 10. An anthology of stories and rhymes. Cloth spine, pictorial front board shows boy and girl with baskets of yellow flowers (boy is leading dog who is carrying basket!). Mounted colour frontis plate. B/w and two-tone illustrations throughout. First rhyme is "A Little Song". Light bumping and wear to spine and corners. Page browning; a little foxing. Small tear to bottom edge of front endpaper.

Corners bumped and worn. Board edges scuffed. Bubbling to paper at top of front board. Boards are grubby. Inscription in ink to front pastedown. Couple of hinges are cracked. Some page browned. Foxing and light fingering to some pages.
