Spine and corners bumped, cover edges slightly dusty, small worn patch to front edge of spine. Half title-page has a 2" tear to inner margin. Joint between half title and frontis is cracked showing webbing beneath. There is foxing throughout, particularly heavy to prelims. Two leaves have large tears to them with old sellotape marks, magic tape has been placed on the rear of the tears.

All colour plates present: last plate is corner creased but all others are in fine condition. A few scattered foxspots. Contents generally clean and bright, but pages 248-9 are browned.
