Colour plates and b/w text illustrations (including one Wain cat plate accompanying a verse called "All Afloat" by Clifton Bingham. Reprint, no date. Minimal bumping and wear to spine, corners and cover edges. Contents lightly browned with some foxing and an odd mark. One hinge cracked.

Dustwrapper is slightly edge worn with tears at corners, slight loss to lower front corner and a small ink blot to top of front flap.

Grubby fingermarks and pale page browning to contents. Neat list of illustrator names written in pencil to verso of title-page.
