Spine is faded. Some wrinkling of cloth to front cover. Inscription in ink to front endpaper. A few marks to outer page edges. Contents are still very good indeed! Plates are lovely and bright.

A wonderful edition of this classic poem beautifully illustrated with 20 colour tipped in plates with tissue guards. Cream cloth boards with gilt decorations and titles. 11.25 x 8.75". Spine is browned, with a few scuffs and small nicks. Bumping to corners. Grubby marks to covers. Inscription in ink to verso of front endpaper. Some foxing throughout. A couple of repaired margin tears. All plates are present, two have corner creases; but still bright.
