Edited and with a preface by Dame Felicitas Corrigan. Light brown cloth boards with lilac and gold pattern to top. Gilt title to spine. B/w wood engravings. Base of spine and lower front corner is slightly bumped. A few tiny spots to text block. Contents fine. Lilac slipcase is slightly faded at edges and a little worn at corners.

Covers are heavily browned and foxed. Bumping, with chipping and some loss to top of spine. Front joint is cracked. Page edge browning; some foxing and margin marks, but contents are generally still very good.
