A Coloured Picture Book For The Nursery. Containing nursery rhymes and Little Red Riding Hood plus sixteen coloured (chromolithograph) illustrations. Untearable - pages mounted on cloth. Brown decorated cloth with gilt title labels and small oval floral onlay to front cover. Large format 11.5 x 8.75". Bumping and wear to spine, corners and cover edges. Some darkening to cover edges. Onlay and gilt on front cover ribbed. A few short scratches to rear cover. Endpapers browned. Light foxing to contents but colours are bright and pages are generally clean.

Corners bumped and worn. Covers a little marked. Joints beginning to crack. Some hinges cracked. Front endpaper missing. A few pages are partially detached. Foxing throughout, especially to endpapers. Grubby margin marks. Closed tear to top of one page.

Deep scratch to front cover. A few small marks and a little scuffing to covers. Ink name and date to prelims. One chromo has some coloured scribble near top and there is some outlining in colour to the browning on the blank pages opposite other chromos. Crease to frontis and small amount of pen scribble to blank page opposite. Contents and browned and foxed with a few marks.
