Pictorial glazed boards. Colour illustrations. 10.5 x 8". Bumping and chipping to cover edges. Small splits to top and tail of spine. Name in ink to front endpaper. A little foxing and browning to a couple of pages. Contents are very good.

Very good condition in a very good dustwrapper.
A collection of fairy-stories illustrated by 12 glorious colour plates plus b/w chapter head and tail decorations. 143 pages. Light blue cloth, silver titles. Mottling to spine; a little fading to cover edges. Name in ink to front endpaper. Foxing to endpapers and a few to outer page edges. Illustrations are excellent. Wrapper has a few closed tears and chips. A little loss to corners and top of spine. Browning to wrapper spine. Some edge-creasing to wrapper.

Cloth spine, dark green paper boards with pictorial onlay to front. 32 colour illustrations including half-title page and title page. All about 'Daddy Cat'. Covers are heavily worn; bumping and chipping to corners; grubby marks; some red crayon scribble to rear cover. Onlay has a little chipping to edges. Front joint is cracked. Grubby marks and some foxing to pages internally. Tears to edges of some pages; one has 1" x 1" semi-circle of loss to margin (with tiny piece of loss from actual illustration). Classic charming Louis Wain cat illustrations!

Engraved and printed by Edmund Evans. Covers are heavily worn with some bumping, fading and marks. Front joint is cracked; half-title page is nearly detached. Contents are generally very good, but pages do have some grubby margin marks.
