Covers grubby and lightly foxed, small patch of surface paper damage to centre of rear cover. Staples rusty. Some light foxing and fingering, one illustration has a few tiny red paint spots and a light grey paint streak (not too obvious), contents otherwise clean.

First story is 'When Hawkins Sailed the Sea'. Includes roughly 6 Louis Wain illustrations. Spine and corners are bumped and worn, with some fraying to cloth. Chipping and a few tears to pictorial onlay with a couple of pieces of loss. New endpapers. Foxing to outer page edges.
