Illustrated with exact maps of the city and suburbs and all of the Wards; and, likewise, of the Out-Parishes of London and Westminster, and the Country ten miles round London. Together with many fair Draughts of the most Emiment Buildings. Sixth Edition. Heavy wear and some loss of colour to leather spine and corners; chipping. A couple of splits to spines. Scuffing to covers. Small white labels to bottom left hand corners of front covers. Foxing and browning; some pages have chipping/bookworm holes. Musty odour to both volumes (From age). A few pages are detached, or almost detached, but loosely inserted. Over 90% of the plates have been removed and page 21/22 of Volume 2 is missing as well (probably accidentally removed when a plate was removed).

Slight binding imperfection where the boards are not sitting central - one board is sticking out further than the other.
