Almost very good condition in a good dustwrapper.
Red boards, black titles. Colour frontis. B/w illustrations. 224 pages. Spine and corners bumped; a bit of discolouration along edges. Grubby marks to outer page edges, and last few pages. Some scattered marks throughout book. Wrapper is a little grubby and scuffed, edge creased and torn with a little loss; strengthened with tape across top of front panel.

2 volumes bound in one. Dark green textured cloth, gilt title to spine. 12 colour plates and numerous b/w illustrations. Spine and corners bumped and worn. 2.5" split to top of front edge of spine. Covers a little grubby. Name in ink to front endpaper and pencil writing to pastedown. Front joint cracked by index and first page of index is partially detached. One gathering pulled with ragged edges. Foxing and browning to pages and plates, worst at edges. All plates present.

Almost very good condition.
Compiled by the editor of "Little Folks". Red spine with black titles and vignettes of rabbits. Pictorial front board showing a small mouse band. Green pictorial endpapers. Colour and two tone illustrations. Spine bumped and a little worn with a closed tear about half way down. Corners are bumped and very worn. Board edges are rubbed. Small patch of surface paper damage to rear board which is grubby and marked. Some scratch marks to covers. Rear joint beginning to crack. Some hinges are cracked. Light browning to endpapers. Erased pencil writing to front endpaper. Some foxing mainly to prelims and page edges. A few light marks otherwise contents are generally clean.

Some colouring to the b/w illustrations. Page browning, mainly to publication list. Grubby marks to front endpaper and small embossed booksellers stamp to top corner of front free-endpaper.

Being nine Fairy Tales from the Old French. 12 superb colour plates throughout. 251 pages. 9.5 x 7". Modern bindning. SIGNED by illustrator ''To my friend Isaac Jones this '20 year old' with all best wishes Edmund Dulac Xmas 1948". This copy has been rebound with new endpaper, it has been done in the style of the original with 3/4 cloth and cream spine with the original title part of the spine laid on to the new spine. A little light foxing. All plates present.

A true story. The Donkey Club was founded by the authors in 1951 when there was very considerable traffic in donkeys from Eire for the meat trade. Green boards, gilt title to spine. B/w illustrations. Small name in ink to front endpaper. Contents clean. Pictorial wrapper is worn at corners, a few small closed tears & chips to edges and grubby.
