Very good condition in a almost very good dustwrapper.
Green cloth, gilt title to spine and front cover. 16 colour plates. Spine and corners bumped and slightly rubbed. Tiny white mark to top edge of front cover. Light foxing to textblock. Dustwrapper is edge worn with slight loss and a little faded to spine.

Each of the 51 tipped-in colour plates are mounted on a separate sheet of heavy brown paper with captioned tissue guards. Except for the frontis, the plates are all bound together after the text. This is copy NO. 180 with prineted signature of Arthur Rackham. Spine and corners bumped and rubbed. Covers slightly edge rubbed. Ink writing to front free-endpaper. Joints cracked. Browning to contents.

A collection of stories and illustrations which originally appeared in "Little Folks" between 1896 and 1902, during which period most of the numbers of the magazine contained some of Rackham's drawings. Large format. 36 tinted line-drawn plates and text illustrations. Brown cloth, gilt titles to spine; brick red titles and vignette to front cover. 144 pages. One of the more unusual Rackham items. Spine and corners are bumped and worn, splits in the cloth to the front edge of spine. Covers are rubbed. Name plate to front pastedown. Small ink blot to preliminary pages and some grubby fingermarks to page margins. Light page browning to free-endpapers.

Heavy bump to edge of front cover. Bumping to corners. A few marks to covers. Contents are lovely and bright. Wrapper is creased with small tear hole near top of spine and another couple to corners.

Bumping and wear to spine and corners. Some uneven fading/marks to covers, with scuffing. Inscription in ink to front endpaper, which also has some corner creasing. Light corner crease to frontis, other plates are fine! Some foxing and browning.

Covers a little grubby. Book plate to front pastedown. Browning to front endpapers and some of the mounts for the plates. Inscription in ink to half title page. Some hinges are cracked. Some fingering. Creasing to a couple of plates. Top of book is bowed.
