Blue cloth, black titles and vignette of house to front cover. Colour plates, b/w text illustrations. 156 pages. Lower corner of boards bumped, top front horizontal edge of board has a small nibble in the cloth. Gift inscription in ink to front pastedown. Name in ink to rear free endpaper. Text block browned. A few grubby margin marks. Price-cut pictorial dustwrapper has a few marks, is browned and edge-worn with chips to top of spine.
