Colour pictorial cardwraps show four children, one dressed for each season. Oblong format 8.25 x 10.5". Full page colour illustration for each month with 4 line verse below, b/w illustrations to inside of covers. A little wear to spine and cover edges. Staples rusty. Covers slightly grubby. Small erased lines to top corner of first page, top corner is also slightly grubby. Dark spots to outside edge of rear cover and some page edges. Contents very good otherwise.

Bottom of most pages detached. Pencil scribble to front endpaper and a couple of blank pages. 'The End' and some pencil lines to last text page. A few small edge tears. Grubby marks and some foxing to contents.

A story for children. Small format. Cream pictorial paper boards show podgy-puppy sitting in the middle of an almost empty dinner plate! Red pictorial endpapers. B/w text illustrations and colour plates. Printed on one side of the page only - one page of text facing one colour plate. Spine bumped, worn and browned. Corners bumped and rubbed. Front board browned and a little scratched and rubbed. Rear board has a line of browning and is also grubby. Line browning to endpapers. Couple of hinges are cracked. Some foxing and grubby marks. One plate has brown mark at bottom margin which also affects the bottom of the plate.
