Neat inscription in ink to front endpaper. The occasional foxspot but contents generally very nice and clean. Fairly strong odour present (disinfectant?). Original glassine wrapper present - edge worn and torn with some loss.

Large format. Brown cloth spine, brown boards, yellow pictorial onlay to front cover. Delightful full-page colour illustrations in french-fold format. Stapled binding. Unpaginated. 11 x 8.5". Spine bumped and rubbed. Corners worn, cover edges rubbed. Staples are rusty and top two are detached from front cover and all three are detached from rear cover, however, the joints have not broken and the binding is still tight. Light page browning and foxing else contents clean.

Light brown glazed pictorial boards, black illustrations at bottom of both covers. B/w illustrations. Spine and corners bumped. Contents fine. Dustwrapper is just a little worn at top edges with a couple of closed tears.

Top edge of wrapper strengthened with clear tape, rear flap stuck to rear pastedown with clear tape. Contents clean.
