Red cloth spine, pictorial front board. Colour frontis. B/w illustrations. Spine is faded. Marks to covers. Small patches of surface paper on cover are missing. Inscription to prelims - partially erased. Binding is weak. Foxing. Page browning.
Burgundy cloth spine. Red pictorial front board. Colour frontis. B/w illustrations. Cloth spine faded and marked. Boards rubbed at edges and grubby. Frontis glue to front pastedown. Some neat colouring. Contents browned and a few foxspots present.

A little girl finds herself unexpectedly in Fairyland. A delightful story accompanied by 8 marvellous colour plates and 3 b/w illustrations of fairies. Cream cloth with dark green titles and vignette to front cover. Beautifully decorated endpapers. Bumping and wear to spine, corners and along cover edges. Small split to top of spine; some fraying to cloth. Marks to covers. Foxing and browning throughout. Bookplate to verso of front endpaper. 3 plates have chips at edges, others are excellent. Wrinkling to front endpaper.

Spine bumped, worn and grubby with a vertical crease from top to bottom. Corners and cover edges worn. Covers grubby. Rear joint and a couple of hinges cracked. Ink inscription in To box on front endpaper and 1930 written to verso of frontis. A few marks to contents but most pages are clean. A little foxing.

Colour plates. Full page four tone illustrations plus two tone illustrations. First story is A Tale of the Tinies. Spine bumped. Corners bumped and worn. Board edges a little rubbed. Bottom of rear board bumped. Rear board is a little grubby. Light scuffing/scratch marks to front board. Front joint reinforced. Rear joint and some hinges cracked. Endpapers are browned. Name and date to verso of title page. Creasing to bottom of some pages. Light foxing mainly to page edges plus some grubby marks although many pages are clean.
