Blue cloth spine, white pictorial boards. First story is "The Kid in Fancy Dress" by Chaundler. 6 colour plates (including one possible cat one by Wain entitled "Having a good time" although there is no signature). B/w illustrations throughout. Unpaginated. Spine slightly bumped and rubbed. Corners slightly worn. Covers are a little grubby and there is a patch of surface paper damage to spine edge of rear cover. Contents are foxed and browned but otherwise clean.

Being nine Fairy Tales from the Old French. Blue cloth covers, gilt title to spine. 12 superb colour plates throughout. 251 pages. 9.5 x 7". Spine bumped and slightly worn. Slight rubbing to corners. Very pale page browning to endpapers. Foxing to prelims and page edges. Dustwrapper is edge worn with some slight loss, spine slightly browned and lower 2" of front flap torn off. A nice copy in very scarce dustwrapper.
