Red cloth spine. Pictorial front board shows girl in pink dress holding a baby towards a parrot. Colour plates, b/w and two-tone text illustrations by numerous illustrators. First story is "The Brown Man". 128 pages. Covers are edge worn. Spine is bumped and rubbed. Staining/browning to rear cover. Name in ink and a mark to top edge of front pastedown. Page browning to contents. Some light fingermarks to page margins.

Red cloth spine with black title and illustration. Front pictorial board shows boy and girl in wintry scene with puppy, mistletoe and basket of goodies. 6 colour plates (including one of cats by Wain - A Beauty of Japan). B/w and two-tone illustrations throughout. First story is December's Guest. 21st issue of Father Tuck's annual. Spine and corners bumped and slightly worn. Rear cover is scuffed and slightly grubby with a few scratch marks. Page browning and some foxing otherwise contents clean.

Spine bumped, worn and slightly faded. Wear to corners and cover edges. Covers slightly grubby. A few hinges and bottom 2" of front joint cracked. Dated ink inscription to half title page. One small illustration coloured in. Light browning and a few marks and fox spots to contents.

A book of stories and verses. Large format. Cloth spine with pictorial front board showing children in a cart being pulled by a donkey. Colour frontis, b/w illustrations throughout. First story is "The Goose Step". Stains to both bottom corners and top edge of rear cover. Bumping and wear to spine and corners. Rear cover is mottled. Inscription in ink to top edge of front endpaper. Browning to endpapers and page edges. One hinge cracked. Light creasing to top inside corner of all pages. Just an odd mark to contents.

Large format. Red cloth spine with black titles and black vignette, pictorial front board shows small girl riding on shoulders of older girl. Advert to rear cover. Blue pictorial endpapers. Colour plates, two-tone and b/w text illustrations. Spine bumped with a few small, light marks. Wear to corners and cover edges. Rear cover slightly grubby. Paper covering rear joint split for 1" at top and bottom. Nick to outside edge of front endpaper. Dated ink inscription to verso of frontis. A couple of hinges cracked. Brown mark, mostly to inner margins of two pages, one of which is a two-tone illustration page. A few fox spots and fingermarks but generally clean otherwise.

Plain endpapers. B/w and two tone illustrations throughout. Wain illustrations are on page 36 and 37 'Pussy's Birthday Party', 128 'Catching the Train and 129 'An Exciting Gallop'. 144 pages. Six colour plates. Spine bumped and rubbed. Corners bumped and worn. Board edges scuffed. Covers grubby with some scratches to rear board. Inscription in ink to front endpaper. Both joints beginning to crack. Some hinges pulled. Pages browned. One plate detached, the bottom edge of which is grubby. One other plate is partially detached. Margins and verso of plates are marked.

Foxing to contents (some heavy). One page corner has not been trimmed correctly during the binding process and is creased.
